TERMS & CONDITIONS – iGolf Subscriptions.

Free iGolf Subscription for 12 months with every live draw and autodraw win. Excluding instant wins.

1. These terms apply to competitions promoted and operated by Caddy Comps during the promotional partnership period with England Golf (the Promotion).
   
2. Each verified winner during the Promotion will receive one (1) digital redemption code for a twelve (12) month iGolf subscription provided by Caddy Comps as part of its collaboration with England Golf. iGolf is a way for golfers who are not members of golf clubs affiliated to England Golf to obtain a Handicap Index® under the World Handicap System™ (WHS™). 
   
3. The redemption code must be redeemed using an iGolf account registered in the name of the verified winner.
   
4. The iGolf subscription code must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of issue. Codes not redeemed within this period will expire and will not be replaced or reissued.
   
5. If, at the point of winner verification, the winner already holds an active iGolf subscription or an active membership at a golf club affiliated with England Golf, the prize will instead be substituted with £25 Caddy Comps site credit.
   
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold. 
   
7. Entrants and winners must be aged 18 years or over.
   
8. Eligibility for iGolf is subject to the current iGolf Terms and Conditions.
   
9. Caddy Comps is the promoter and operator of the competition and is solely responsible for the administration of the competition, winner verification and prize fulfilment.
   
10. England Golf shall have no responsibility for the administration, operation or fulfilment of the Promotion and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall have no liability to entrants or winners arising from or in connection with it.
    
11. Caddy Comps reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity relating to the competition.
    
12. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    
13. Your subscription is on auto-renewal. You will be required to provide a billing card upon registration, and a payment will be automatically taken from this billing card (or any updated card) at the end of your current subscription period.
    
14. The iGolf Subscription can be cancelled at any time as per the process detailing within the iGolf Terms & Conditions.  Please note; an iGolf Subscription redeemed using this code cannot be refunded.
    
15. This code can only be used to purchase a new subscription for iGolf and cannot be used to pay for the renewal of a subscription. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any iGolf promotional offers or discounts when joining.
    
16. Free IGolf Subscriptions are only valid with live draw and autodraw main prize wins from 1st April 2026 – 30th May 2026. It does NOT include instant win prizes.
