CAN I TAKE AN ALTERNATIVE? (PRIZE OR CASH)

Prizes from any of our live or automated draws cannot be exchanged for other prizes. End of Season/End Of Year Instant wins are also not subject to exchanges.

If you win a prize in an instant win competition, we can exchange it for another item of the same value, subject to availability.

If there is a difference in cost to us, we will advise of the uplift fee, which you will need to pay prior to us progressing the order. Note, we currently only accept same category exchanges. Our categories are 1. Golf Clubs & Balls, 2. Tech – Trollies & Watches.

We don’t currently offer cash alternatives for any of our golf prizes. We may offer a cash alternative for some of the bigger competitions, like cars and watches. If we do this will clearly be stated on the specific competition within the “prize description”.
