YES! Most of our competitions can be exchanged for ladies versions. If the club is not available for ladies we can exchange for a prize of similar value which is.

YES! Most clubs are available in both dexterities, often with more limited options. If the manufacturer of the club produces it for left handed golfers we are able to provide that prize in Left Handed. If this is not the case (due to stock) it will be clearly noted in the specific competitions prize name or prize description.

If you win a prize that is not available in LH, and was not noted as RH Only in the description, then we will offer you alternatives.

Prizes for any of our live or automated draws cannot be exchanged for other prizes.

If you win a prize in an instant win competition we can exchange it for another item of the same value. If there is a difference in cost to us, we will advise of the uplift fee, which you would need to cover.

We don’t currently offer cash alternatives for any of our golf prizes. We may offer a cash alternative for some of the bigger competitions, like cars and watches. If we do this will clearly be stated on the specific competition within the “prize description”.

Auto Draws are similar to our traditional comps, only without the live draw. When you purchase tickets for the AutoDraws you will receive ticket numbers at random, much like the traditional draws.

When the competition ends the draw will take place automatically at the allotted time. The website code picks winners at random. All winners are emailed at the conclusion of the draw and will receive a whatsapp message with instructions on claiming the prize.

Instant win competitions give you the chance to win a prize instantly rather than having to wait for the end prize live draw. All of the prizes are allocated to specific numbers which are predetermined.

If you enter the instant win competition and one or more of your tickets matches a winning ticket number you will win the prize(s) that is allocated to that number.

Some of the instant win competitions that we run will have an End Prize draw. Everybody who enters the competition with an end prize draw will have the opportunity to win the end prize. This will be drawn as a traditional live draw or an automated draw when the competition completes.

If you win an instant win prize you will be contacted via Whatsapp to arrange your prize.

If you win a prize during our office hours Monday-Friday (9AM – 5PM) you will be contacted the same day.

If you win a prize outside of these hours you will be contacted on the following business day.

If you win site credit as an instant prize, this will be credited to your account wallet instantly.

We have a 10 minute time limit on receiving funds for each purchase. Orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment within this time. If payment is received after this time it will be automatically reversed by your bank.

Orders will also show as cancelled if payment is not complete or if your payment failed.
